[Android] [Vulkan] Cubes stuck on the first few frames of rotation and application flickering when an Overlay Camera is added to the Camera Stack with MSAA enabled
How to reproduce:
1. Open the “ReproMSAAProject.zip“
2. Open the “SampleScene”
3. Build and Run for Android
Expected result: The Cubes rotate and no flickering
Actual result: The Cubes do not rotate and flickering can be observed
Reproducible with: 6000.0.22f1, 6000.0.33f1, 6000.1.0b1
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.47f1, 2022.3.56f1, 6000.0.21f1
Reproducible environment: macOS 15.1.1 (Intel), Windows 10 (Reporters)
Not reproducible environment: No other environment tested
