[Android] Video has a delay on starting when Video player component is being used in Unity Editor and Android devices
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Build and run on android device
3. Click the "Video" Button to play mp4 video
4. Notice 0.5s delay
Actual result: After pressing "video" button mp4 video starts with 0.5 delay
Expected result: After pressing "video" button mp4 video should start immediately.
Reproduced in: 2017.4.10f1; 2018.1.9f2; 2018.2.7f1; 2018.3.0a11
Tested with: VLNQA00134, Samsung Galaxy S8 (SM-G950F), 8.0.0, CPU: Exynos 9 Octa 8895, GPU: Mali-G71
