[Android][URP] BakedLit shader isn't compatible with SRP Batcher when using OpenGLES3 graphics API
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached "T1223348 Baked Lit SRP" project
2. Toggle on the "Development Build" flag in the "File -> Build Settings" window
3. Build and Run the "New Scene" Scene
4. Open the "Window -> Analysis -> Frame Debugger" window
5. Select the device on which the project is run
6. Enable the Frame Debugger
7. Observe the events under the "DrawOpaqueObjects" event
Expected result: "RenderLoop.DrawSRPBatcher" event is called
Actual result: Each Mesh is drawn with a separate "Draw Mesh" event
Reproducible with: 7.7.1 (2019.4.39f1), 10.8.1 (2020.3.34f1), 12.1.6 (2021.3.2f1), 13.1.0 (2022.1.0a15)
Not reproducible with: 13.1.1 (2022.1.0a16), 13.1.8 (2022.1.0f1), 14.0.2 (2022.2.0a13)
Reproducible with devices:
VLNQA00006 - Samsung Galaxy S7 (SM-G930F), CPU: Exynos 8 Octa (8890), GPU: Mali-T880, OS: 8.0.0
VLNQA00321 - Xiaomi MI 9 (MI 9), CPU: Snapdragon 855 SM8150, GPU: Adreno 640, OS: 10.0.0
VLNQA00331 - HUAWEI P20 lite (ANE-LX1), CPU: HiSilicon Kirin 659, GPU: Mali-T830, OS: 9
VLNQA00414 - Galaxy Note10+ 5G (SM-N976V), CPU: Snapdragon 855 SM8150, GPU: Adreno 640, OS: 9
VLNQA00472 - Samsung Galaxy A52 (SM-A525F), CPU: Snapdragon 720G (SM7125), GPU: Adreno 618, OS: 12
Note: With " _Glossiness" and "_Metallic" properties included in the "BakedLit," Shader issue doesn't reproduce
