[Android] UI overlaps throughout the screen on devices with Snapdragon SoC when no cameras are rendering the scene
Repro steps:
1. Open attached project
2. Build and Run on Android
3. Observe the display of the device
Actual: UI is overlapping throughout the screen
Reproducible with: 2017.4.36f1, 2018.4.16f1, 2019.2.18f1, 2019.3.0f4, 2020.1.0a20
Tested and reproduced on these devices:
