[Android] The Player screen turns black when playing a video under certain conditions
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “IN-101868“ project
2. Build and Run the Android Player
3. Observe the Player
4. If the expected result is observed, close the Player completely and re-open it
Expected: The video plays without any issues
Actual result: After a few seconds, the screen goes black when playing the video
Reproducible with: 2022.3.62f1, 6000.0.35f1, 6000.0.49f1
Not reproducible with: 6000.0.34f1, 6000.1.0a1, 6000.1.3f1, 6000.2.0b2
Reproducible environments: macOS 15.4.1
Not reproducible environments: No other environments tested

Notes:
- Sometimes the screens just becomes darker, but not completely black
- The issue reproduces only 50% of the time
- The problem occurs when playing a video under the following conditions: OpenGL ES3, URP, and MSAA enabled
- Not reproducible on standalone macOS Player

We have a similar issue on a pixel 9 pro. Sometimes the screen goes black instantly. Sometimes it shows colored artifacts.

Latest issues

Resolution Note:
This issue has been identified as an ARM GLES driver bug. We are actively following up with ARM if they have any fix progress.
