[Android] The Player freezes and jitters between a few frames at a random time when the Player is run on certain devices

Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “ASDQWE” project
2. Build and run the Player (File > Build And Run)
3. Wait for the Player to run for a while and observe it

Expected result: The Player runs smoothly
Actual result: The Player starts to jitter between a few frames

Reproducible with: 2022.3.44f1, 6000.0.17f1
Could not test with: 2021.3.43f1 (The required packages are not available for this stream)

Reproducible environment: Windows 11 (user’s), MacOS Sonom 14.5 (Intel, M2)
Not reproducible environment: No other environment tested

Notes:
- The application becomes unresponsive when the issue occurs
- The issue does not appear constantly and most often the application crashes
- In the 2022.3.44f1 version the issue occurred even less frequently
- The reproduction rate and results vary for tested devices
- The issue occurs on both Release and development-type builds
- The issue occurs on both Graphics APIs
- The user stated that disabling the Resident Drawer yields the expected behavior but we did not observe such behavior
