[Android] Scrollview randomly bounces
Steps to reproduce:
1) Download attached project and open in Unity
2) Build scene 'TestScrollView5.4' and run on a device
Note: You should see Scrollview bounces after every time it writes a line
Expected result: Scrollview should not bounce like that, and every time it writes a line it should focus on the latest one
Actual result: It randomly bounces
Reproduced with: 5.4.1p2,
Not reproduced with : 5.3.6p6, 5.5.0b5
