[Android] [Regression] WebCamTexture fails to resume with wct.Play after wct.Pause
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open user provided project
2. Built to device
3. Click on toggle to activate wct.Pause. Notice camera stops
4. Click on toggle again to activate wct.Play. Notice camera does not resume
Expected behaviour: WebCamTexture resumes playing live camera input using wct.Play
Actual behaviour: Camera live feed does not resume if it has been paused
Workaround: Unfocusing app (Pressing home button etc) and coming back into app resets the camera
