[Android] Quickly changing screen orientation twice stretches view
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "tdd-asteroids.zip"
2. Build for device and run
3. Quickly rotate phone to change orientation twice
Expected: No visible stretching
Actual: View is stretched while new orientation is loading
Reproduced on: 2019.1.0a8, 2019.1.0a7
Didn't reproduce on: 2019.1.0a6, 2018.3.0b9
Regressed in: 2019.1.0a7
Tested devices:
Samsung S8 SM-G950F1, OS:7.0, CPU:arm64-v8a, GPU:Mali-G71
Samsung S9 SM-G960F, OS:8.0, CPU:arm64-v8a, GPU:Mali-G72
