[ANDROID] QualitySettings.resolutionScalingFixedDPIFactor is not working in real time on the Android device
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Build and run to Android device
3. Try to change the resolutionScalingFixedDPIFactor with the UI Slider
Actual result: ResolutionScalingFixedDPIFactor does not apply its changes
Expected result: ResolutionScalingFixedDPIFactor should apply its changes when the scale is moved
Reproduced with:2017.4.28f1; 2018.4.1f1; 2019.3.0a5
Tested with:

Note: If you press the overview button to set the app into the background and select the app again, resolution changes are applied correctly
