[Android] Player freezes when regaining/returning focus after exiting/minimizing the player to another app

Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project “BugRepro”
2. Open the “Asset/Scenes/Entry.unity” scene
3. Ensure that “Split Application Binary” is unchecked in Player > Publishing Settings
4. Build the Addressables
5. Build and Run on Android
6. Select the “Games” button in the app, then tap on the screen to show the various game options
7. Select the third game option (i.e with the white bee)
8. After the game loads, exit the game using the “X” button, followed by the back button
9. Immediately after the back button is clicked, scroll down the notification menu of the device for a few seconds to lose focus
10. Return focus to the game
11. Observe the game behavior

Expected result: The game continues successfully
Actual result: The game freezes after returning to focus

Reproducible with: 2022.33f1, 2022.3.45f1
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.43f1, 2022.3.32f1
Couldn’t test with: 6000.0.18f1 (Addressables package incompatible scripts errors)

- Reproduction is highly determined by how quickly you can lose focus from the app either by minimizing and returning/scrolling the notification bar down etc. after the back button is pressed
