[Android] Player crashes on "ParticleSystem.customData.GetVector" when Garbage Collection is running
How to reproduce:
1. Open the "IN_44468" project
2. Connect the device
3. In the Build Settings "Run Device" dropdown select the desired device
4. Press Build And Run
5. Observe the Player
Expected result: Player doesn't crash
Actual result: Player crashes
Reproducible with: 2022.1.24f1, 2022.3.3f1, 2023.1.1f1
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.27f1, 2022.1.23f1, 2023.2.0a20
