[Android] Particle System with GPU Instancing enabled doesn't render correctly
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project, or "[FTP] Particles" project from collab
2. Build and run "29_GPU_Instancing" scene on device
3. Observe the spheres being rendered in Teal colours where they shouldn't be
Expected: Spheres are gray and orange. (Attached a picture)
Actual: Most of the spheres are teal/green-blueish (attached a picture)
Reproduced with 2020.2.0a15, 2020.1.0b12, 2019.4.1f1, 2019.3.2f1

Resolution Note (2020.2.X):
The test scene renders over 50M triangles, that doesn't work on most mobile GPUs, something like 2M would be more realistic.
