[Android][OpenGL] Player displays a black screen when Video Player plays a video for devices using MediaTek Dimensity 9000/9300 chipset

Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “ASDQWE” project
2. Build and run the Player (File > Build And Run)
3. In the Player, select the “Native” drop-down field
4. Select the “720p” field
5. Press the “Play” button thrice
6. Observe the Player

Expected result: The Player displays a video on part of the screen
Actual result: The Player displays a black image over the whole screen

Reproducible with: 2022.3.18f1, 2022.3.41f1, 6000.0.13f1
Not reproducible with: 2021.3 Stream

- The issue was not locally reproduced by the CQA team
- The user stated that they can not reproduce on Qualcomm, MTK D720 chipset devices
- The user stated that the issue occurs with 1080p as well but less frequently
