[Android] OnScreenKeyboard navigation bar back button does not trigger when Input Field "Hide Mobile Input" is checked
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached case "HideMobileInput.zip"
2. In the Project window under "Scenes" open "SampleScene.unity"
3. Build for Android
4. Press on the white Input Field
5. After OnScreenKeyboard appears, press the Navigation bar back button
Expected result: OnScreenKeyboard navigation bar back button does trigger when Input Field "Hide Mobile Input" is checked
Actual result: OnScreenKeyboard navigation bar back button does not trigger when Input Field "Hide Mobile Input" is checked
Reproduces on: 2018.4.22f1, 2019.3.13f1, 2020.1.0b8, 2020.2.0a10

Confirmed here as well. On a Xiaomi Mi9T Pro (Snapdragon 855) running Android 10.
It does not happen on Iphone XR.

Confirmed, when Hide Mobile Input is selected the back button stops functioning, and pressing it multiple times results in app crashing.
