[Android] [Notifications] Missing default icon on notifications
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Build & run project on mobile device
3. Click on "Empty notification + body" button
4. Check mobile notifications
Expected result: Notifications are shown without issues
Actual result: Gray square is rendered instead of icon
Reproducible: 2019.4.21f1, 2021.1.0b9, 2021.2.0a8
