[Android][iOS] Normalmap scale is ignored on mobile devices
Steps to reproduce:
1) Download attached project 'delme012345.zip' and open in Unity.
2) Build and run project on a device.
3) Compare normal map scaling between Editor and device.
Note: Scaling doesn't work on a device, because all those squares are on a different scale.

This is a serious issue for me. I'm building for mobiles and have a script that changes the normal map value. Works on Win, but not on Android.
