[Android] Non supported texture format options are shown in the texture import settings
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Right-click the "New Texture 2D Array" asset in the Project window
3. Select reimport from the context menu
Expected Behavior: the asset is reimported and no error is shown
Actual Behavior: the asset is reimported and the following warning is shown: 'ASTC_8x8' is not supported on this platform. Decompressing texture. Use 'SystemInfo.SupportsTextureFormat' C# API to check format support.
Reproducible with: 2018.4.32f1, 2019.4.22f1, 2020.2.7f1, 2021.2.0a8
Note: This does not affect other platforms, tested on Windows Standalone, WebGL, UWP, Lumin OS
