[Android] No warning when device support only Gles2, and Gles3 is the only API in the Player Settings
Steps to reproduce:
1) Download attached project and open in Unity
2) Make sure Gles3 is the only Graphics API in the Player Settings
3) Build and Run project on a device
Note: No warning message with not compatible device
Expected result: Error message with not compatible device
Actual result: No message, app is pushed to device

Not reproduced with:
VLNQA00066 LG Optimus G, GPU: Adreno (TM) 320, OS: 4.1.2
Note: error appears when building on the same device using Vulkan API

Latest issues

Resolution Note:
Device reports OpenGL ES 3.0 support (adb shell getprop ro.opengles.version = 196608), but only has Adreno 225 GPU.
