[Android][iOS] UI Toolkit ListView touch pan scrolling does not work
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached “IN-135428“ project
2. Build and Run the Android/iOS Player
3. Try to scroll the ListView by touching and panning on the ListView buttons
Actual result: The ListView does not scroll
Expected result: The ListView scrolls
Reproducible with: 6000.3.8f1, 6000.3.10f1, 6000.4.0b10, 6000.5.0a7
Not reproducible with: 6000.0.68f1, 6000.3.7f1, 6000.5.0a6
Testing Environment: macOS 26.3 (M3 Max)
Reproducible with these devices:
