[Android] In dev mode the app is drawn on top of the lock screen which blocks native content (e.g keyboard)
How to reproduce:
1. Open QA attached project
2. Set up any lock protection (Pattern, pin, password etc) on the device
3. Deploy the app to device in Dev mode
4. Lock and then wake up the device
5. Touch InputField to call the keyboard
-- Notice the keyboard is not displayed
Actual behaviour: Native content not displayed since the phone is 'locked'
