[Android][IL2CPP] Build is looking for "�l2cpp" folder instead of "il2cpp" when display language is set to Turkish
How to reproduce:
1. Set Windows display language to Turkish
2. Sign out of the Windows and Sign back in (will be asked to do so after language switch)
3. Create a new Android project
4. Switch Scripting Backend to IL2CPP (Edit->Project Settings...->Player->Other Settings->Scripting Backend)
5. Build the project
Expected results: The project builds without any errors
Actual results: The build fails with the "System.IO.DirectoryNotFoundException: Could not find a part of the path" error
Reproducible with: 2021.2.0a13, 2021.2.15f1
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.36f1, 2020.3.31f1, 2021.2.0a12, 2022.1.0b9, 2022.2.0a7
Notes:
- The issue is with the "il2cpp" folder, using the Turkish language it's trying to search for the "�l2cpp" folder instead
- Not reproducible with iOS and Standalone Platforms
