[Android][Frame Debugger] Player is not pausing when Frame Debugger is enabled and mesh renderers are toggled through animation
Reproduction steps:
1. Download and open the submitted project "FrameDebuggerPause.zip"
2. Open build settings (File -> Build Settings)
3. Enable Development Build
4. Build and run for Android
5. Open the Frame Debugger (Window -> Analysis -> Frame Debugger)
6. Enable the Frame Debugger for a device
Expected result: Player on the device is paused
Actual result: Player on the device continues to run
Reproducible with: 2019.4.14f1, 2019.4.20f1, 2020.2.6f1, 2021.1.0b4. 2021.2.0a6
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.31f1, 2019.4.13f1
