[Android] Fix profiling during early application startup to match other platforms
Overview
Currently, Android profiling only starts after the first frame has occurred, which is inconsistent with other platforms.
Steps to reproduce:
- Profile a Unity development app with either Unity profiler or ui.perfetto.com
* [https://youtu.be/qion7FVsgN4]
Actual results: Profiler events before 1st frame (after splash screen) are not shown
Expected results: Events are shown after runtime initialization.
Reproducible with versions: 6000.4, 6000.3, 6000.2, 6000.1, 6000.0, 2022.3
Not reproducible with versions:* Fixed in 6000.5.0a5
