Android device will not connect to Profiler after USB was disconnected, then reconnected
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "BuildOptionsConnectToHost"
2. In the top menu bar select "Build > Build Android"
3. Open profiler and observe that device has connected and is sending data
4. Disconnect the device from USB
5. Shut down the app
5. Reconnect the device over USB
6. Open the app on the device
7. Profiler will not connect
Expected: Profiler should be able to connect
Actual: After the USB is disconnected, the port forwarding rule gets deleted and the device cannot connect to the editor anymore
You can see the effect of this by writing "adb reverse --list" before disconnecting the device from USB and After (After device is disconnected the rule is just not there anymore)
Reproduced on: 2020.2.0a7 (Though should not be dependent on Unity version, it's an adb issue)
