[Android] Depth texture is not readable in BlueStacks and some Android devices
Repro steps:
1. Open attached project
2. Build and Run on Android
3. Observe the display
Actual: The blue depth texture is blank
Reproducible with: 2017.3.0a6, 2017.4.17f1, 2018.2.18f1, 2018.3.0f1, 2019.1.0a11

Latest issues
- Redoing creation of Sub Scenes and Cube GameObjects in Hierarchy throws “Assertion failed on expression: 'targetScene != nullptr’” error in Console window

Resolution Note:
The listed devices all don't support the OpenGL ES 2.0 extension GL_OES_depth_texture that is required for depth textures
