[Android] Crash on startup when Depth Stencil Format is set to S8_UINT
How to reproduce:
1. Open the “BugReport.zip“ project
2. Open the “BugRepro“ scene
3. Build and Run for Android
Expected result: No crash
Actual result: Crash on startup
Reproducible with: 2022.1.0a16, 2022.1.0b11, 2022.3.64f1, 6000.0.53f1, 6000.1.11f1, 6000.2.0b9, 6000.3.0a1
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.53f1
Could not test with: 2022.1.0a6, 2022.1.0a10, 2022.1.0a13, 2022.1.0a15 (Build gradle fails)
