[Android] CommandBuffer.DrawProcedural fails to render in the Player with RenderGraph enabled
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “IN-119869“ project
2. Build and Run the Android Player
3. Observe the Player
Expected result: A colorful triangle is rendered
Actual result: Nothing is rendered
Reproducible with: 6000.0.60f1, 6000.2.8f1, 6000.3.0b6, 6000.4.0a2
Testing environments: Windows 10, macOS 26.0.1
