[Android] Calling Marshal.PtrToStructure with a struct that contains an array of bytes fails with null reference exception
To reproduce:
1. Download and open attached "repro960482.zip" project.
2. Build and run on any android device.
Expected result: Structure is successfully read.
Actual result: Null Reference expection appears. Structure is not read.
Reproduced with: 2018.1.0a4, 2017.3.0b9, 2017.2.0p2, 2017.1.2p3, 5.6.4p3, 5.5.5p1, 5.4.6f3.
