[Android] Build fails with "Failed to repackage resources" error when API level 23 or lower is used
How to reproduce:
1. Open users attached project
2. Go to File --> Build Settings --> Player Settings
3. Go to Other Settings and make sure that Target API Level would be 23 or lower
4. Build & Run Player
Expected result: Player is built
Actual result: Build fails with the message - "Failed to re-package resources. See the Console for details."
Reproducible with - 2017.3.0b7, 2017.2.0p1, 2017.1.2p2
Not reproducible with - 2017.1.2f1
Caused by - AAPT tool does not allow density value for the configChanges until API level 24
Fixed in - 2017.3.0b8, 2018.1.0a1, will also be backported to 2017.2, 2017.1 and 5.6 patch releases
