[Android] Build fails when localizing app display name with locale code es-419
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “IN-131002“ project
2. Build the Android Player
Actual Result: Build fails with a pop up message: “Unrecognized part 'r419' in configuration es-r419”
Expected Result: Build Succeeds
Reproducible with: 1.3.2, 1.4.5 (2023.1.0a3), 1.5.9 (6000.0.65f1, 6000.3.4f1, 6000.4.0b4, 6000.5.0a4)
Reproducible on: macOS 14.6.1 (by reporter), macOS 26.2
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
Note: Not reproducible when building the iOS Player
