[Android] Black screen on Android devices after Splash Screen has been shown
How to reproduce:
1. Open the "IN_52367" project
2. Make sure the Android Platform is selected
3. In the Build Settings "Run Device" dropdown select the desired device
4. Press Build And Run
5. In the Player press "Allow" or "Don't allow" for access permissions (only the first time opening the Player is needed)
6. Observe the Player
Expected result: no black screen after Splash Screen
Actual result: black screen after the Splash Screen
Reproducible with: 2022.3.9f1, 2023.1.12f1, 2023.2.0b9, 2023.3.0a4
Couldn't test with: 2021.3.30f1 (due to errors in the Console)
Reproducible on: Windows 10 Pro, macOS 13.5 Darwin 22.6.0 (M1) (user reported)
Not reproducible on: no other environment tested
