[Android] Arabic characters are not displayed when the font falls back to the OS font
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “IN-94768” project
2. Build & Run On Android device
3. Observe the Android Player
Expected result: Arabic letters are displayed
Actual result: Arabic letters are not visible
Reproducible with: 2023.3.0a9, 6000.0.37f1, 6000.1.0b5, 6000.2.0a2
Not reproducible with: 2022.3.57f1, 2023.3.0a8
Reproducible environments: macOS 15.3 (M3 Max)
Not reproducible environments: No other environments tested
