[Android] Application crashes on start when Development build is enabled
Steps to reproduce:
1) Open Unity and create a new project
2) In Build Settings, enable Development Build
3) Build and Run project on a device
Expected result: Application should not crash on start when Development Build is enabled
Actual result: Application crashes
