[Android] App fails to load on Marshmallow as it fails to query for permission
To reproduce:
1) Open attached project and the scene in it
2) Build and run on a device with Marshmallow
3) See that the screen is black instead of showing the empty scene
Regression first appeared in 5.2.3p1
Does not happen in 5.4
