[Android] After moving a slider the buttons inside of a scroll view are less responsive
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "Project.zip" Project
2. Build and run the Project to an Android (Samsung) device
3. Click on the button "Issue"
4. Touch the buttons at the bottom of the screen
5. Move the slider
6. Touch those buttons again to compare
Expected Behavior: The buttons change color indicating that they were selected
Actual Behavior: The buttons are not very responsive to the point where 5+ touches are needed to select the button
Reproducible with: 2019.4.20f1, 2020.2.5f1, 2021.1.0b7, 2021.2.0a5
Could not test with 2018 due to UI input breaking on degrading
