[Android] Activity pause timeout for ActivityRecord warning issued when executing Application.Quit
Repro steps:
1. Open attached project
2. Build and Run on Android
3. Press the Quit button
Actual: There's a "ActivityManager: Activity pause timeout for ActivityRecord" warning in the log
Reproducible with: 2017.4.0f1, 2017.4.37f1, 2018.4.18f1, 2019.3.0b5
Not reproducible with: 2019.3.0b6, 2019.3.4f1
