[Android][9.0] White Task Snapshot when the app is moved to background while in landscape mode.
Steps to reproduce:
1) Download attached project and open in Unity
2) Make sure that orientation is set to Landscape Left in the Player Settings
3) Build and Run project on a device
4) Press on Overview button and see, that application becomes white
Expected result: Minimized view of the app should be visible (check attached image "expected.png")
Actual result: Minimized view is white (check attached image "actual.png")

Resolution Note (2019.1.X):
This bug is obviously outside of Unity. I've tried very simple non-Unity Android application (which displays some image in landscape mode) and it behaves exactly the same. Also Android doesn't have any means to control recent screen snapshot so there is no way implement workaround for this problem.
