[Android][2DRP] Scene is not rendered on GLES2 build on devices with Android 4.x and Adreno GPU
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Make sure OpenGLES2 is set as the only Graphics API in Player settings
3. Build and run to any repro device
4. Scene is rendered black, except for UI
Expected: Scene should look like in editor, some 2D art with lights and also UI
Actual: Scene is black, save for the UI
