& symbol is not visible when viewed in the Input System Control Scheme dropdown
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “InputSystemSymbol.zip” project
2. Open the “New Controls.inputactions” from the Project Window
3. Click on the “All Control Schemes” dropdown
4. Observe the “Keyboard&Mouse” Control Scheme
Expected result: “Keyboard&Mouse” Scheme with the '&' symbol is visible
Actual result: “KeyboardMouse” Scheme without the '&' symbol is visible
Reproducible with: 1.7.0 (2021.3.44f1, 2022.3.49f1). 1.11.1 (2021.3.44f1, 2022.3.49f1, 6000.0.22f1)
Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
