Ambient lighting is broken when loading scenes that contain a camera and light
How to reproduce:
1. Download and open the attached project
2. Enter "Play" mode
3. Observe the Game view window
Expected outcome: The lightning is applied correctly
Actual outcome: The lightning is not applied correctly
Reproducible with: 2020.3.46f1, 2021.3.21f1, 2022.2.11f1, 2023.1.0b8, 2023.2.0a6

Resolution Note:
This issue is related to how environment lighting is handled in the Editor. In order to get the appropriate environment lighting in your loaded scene, first you will need to bake the scene using the Lighting Window's `Generate Lighting` button. This will write the environment data for you to disk.
