Regression
Yes
AfterRendering Event of the URP RendererFeatures renders with inverted Y axis
# Open *SampleScene* from the attached project
# Observe the transparent cube is inverted and appears twice on screen
Expected outcome: The cube to not be rendered inverted
Notes:
* Looks like windows-only. Two people have tried it on a mac and said it does not reproduce
* It happens with both transparent or opaque objects, as long as the RendererFeature queue matches the render queue of the object's material (i.e. Opaque or Transparent)
* Post processing needs to be enabled on the camera
* A lens flare needs to be present
* Repros in 6000.0.24f
* Discovered as regression when upgrading an internal project from 2022.3
