After opening Scripts the Editor gets stuck on "Importing Assets" when project path contains Unicode symbol "›"
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "śTest"
2. In Project Window find and open "MouseLook" Script
Note: Sometimes to reproduce the issue it is needed to open a Script, edit it, save it, and then going back to Editor.
Expected result: Script is opened in Code Editor
Actual result: Script opens, but Editor gets stuck on "Importing Assets"
Reproducible with: 2019.4.37f1, 2020.3.33f1, 2021.2.19f1, 2021.3.0f1, 2022.1.0b15, 2022.2.0a9
