After maximizing in timeline window, recording doesn't create visible key
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open test scene and select Skeleton in Hierarchy
3. Open Timeline Window
4. On second Animation track start recording
5. Zoom in Timeline window (pinch with two fingers on Mac's touch pad) and then zoom out
Result: Recoring turns off
6. Turn on recording again and move timeline indicator somewhere further (eg.540)
7. Move Skeleton game object to some other position
Result: Key doesn't appear in timeline window
Note: If you start playing the scene, then key appears in timeline window
Reproducible: 2017.1.1f1, 2017.2.0b10, 2017.3.0a2, 2017.3.0a7
