After launching RenderDoc from Unity, cannot close Unity until RenderDoc is closed
Repro:
1) Run PC Editor build
2) Load RenderDoc (click on scene or game view menu in the upper right, select Load RenderDoc)
3) Click the RenderDoc button (shows up as a button on the top of the scene or game view) -- launches renderdoc with the capture
4) Try to close Unity -- will display the "waiting for code to complete.." dialog, and lock up, with no indication it is waiting for RenderDoc.
5) When RenderDoc is closed, Unity will complete closing.
Repros on: 2021.2.0b16.3733
