[Addressables] Exception is thrown when accessing AssetReference.Asset before the asset is loaded
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project ("case-1155313_addressables")
2. Open the repro scene ("SampleScene")
3. Build Player Content in the Addressables window
4. Enter Play Mode
Expected results: AssetReference.Asset returns null; no exceptions are thrown
Actual results: Accessing AssetReference.Asset throws "Attempting to use an invalid operation handle" exception
Reproducible with: 2018.4.1f1, 2019.1.4f1, 2019.2.0b3, 2019.3.0a3
Reproducible with package versions: 0.7.4, 0.8.6
Does not reproduce on package versions: 0.6.8

Couldn't test with 2017.4 as it does not support the package

Resolution Note (fix version 1.1.3+):
This exception will no longer be thrown and will instead return null.
