Adding a Serialized C# 9 function pointer to a script will silently crash the Editor
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Uncomment the public delegate*<int, bool> functionPointer in Test.cs
3. Save the Script
Expected result: Unity does not crash
Actual result: Unity crashes
Reproducible with: 2021.2.0a11
Could not test with: 2018.4.33f1, 2019.4.23f1, 2020.3.2f1, 2021.1.2f1 (C# 9 is not supported)
