Adding a knot in an open free form Spline throws a NullReferenceException error
How to reproduce:
1. Open any project with Splines installed
2. In Scene Hierarchy create a Spline > Draw Spline Tool
3. Draw a couple of Knots
4. Exit the tool while the Spline is selected
5. Add a knot in the Inspector list for that spline
6. Observe the Console
Actual result: Error "NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object" is printed
