Add new Action context menu doesn't filter options when using a right mouse button
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project ("case_1258135-Sample.zip")
2. From Assets select 'Test' Input Action Asset > Edit
3. Use the right mouse button click on the 'New action' field
Expected result: Context menu does not contain 'Add 2D Vector Composite' option
Actual result: Context menu contains 'Add 2D Vector Composite' option
Reproducible in: 2018.4.24f1, 2019.4.2f1, 2020.1.0b14, 2020.2.0a16
Reproducible in package versions: 0.1.2 - 1.0.0
Note: In the latest package versions using a "+" button will properly filter these options.
