[XR Plugin-in Management] Key and Value element does not add on changing array size/pressing "+" in GeneralSetti
Key and Value element does not add on changing array size/pressing "" in AdaptivePerformanceGeneralSettings.
Steps to repro:
1. Create a new project.
2. Edit > Project Settings > Adaptive Performance > Install.
3. Project > Select AdaptivePerformanceGeneralSettings.
4. Inspector > Change array size of Keys/Values to 3 > Enter.
Actual Result:
Key and Value element does not add on changing array size/pressing "".
Expected Result:
Key and Value element should be added on changing array size/pressing "+"
Reproducible in:
2020.2.0a15, 2020.1.0b13, 2020.1.0a11 with Package Version 2.0.0-preview.8.
Note: Adaptive Performance and simulator option is not available in Project settings with Package Version 2.0.0-preview.4.
Environment:
Occurring on Windows 10 & Mac 10.15.

Resolution Note:
The lists are used to visualize loader order but represent a backing dictionary that can only be added/subtracted from by the XR Management Window. It is by design that adding and subtracting do not work.
